I was contacted through snail mail from Stone Ridge Construction mid November but tossed it in my fire box for fire starter. Then, in the beginning of December, I began to use it but stopped and read the letter. It was a proposal to purchase a property I own. Even though we could not reach a figure that was agreeable to both parties I had a really good time receiving prompt and courteous emails from Trena Thompson. It was close and I'm grateful for her professionalism and kindness.
This type of sale isn’t for everyone; don’t get offended if you want top dollar - just say “no thank you” and call a real estate agent. This company offers a particular service to sell your real estate fast and pay with cash. In our case, we inherited the property, and we are leaving CA very soon and didn’t want to keep paying property taxes and a 10% sales commission to sell through an agent, plus all of the headaches of negotiations with buyers and the hassles when buyers don’t qualify for their loans and we have start over with a new buyer, etc. They were completely honest and offered us a fair price and they paid all of the fees for the sale. Our escrow closed in 5 days which is unheard of. We are so happy with the sale and Stone Ridge Construction was awesome to work with!
